Karla is a 2014 Rhema Bible Training College graduate. She and her husband, Zac, are the worship pastors at City Church in Traverse City, Michigan. Karla has a heart for young adults and young mothers. She is passionate about helping them to see and know the love of the Father and His desire to love and heal every aspect of their lives. Karla and Zac have three boys.

Zac is a 2010 graduate of Rhema Bible Training College. He grew up in ministry and is currently the young adults and worship pastor at City Church in Traverse City, Michigan. Zac has a heart to see young people find a lasting passion for Christ while living out their purpose through Him. He and his wife, Karla, are the parents of Brave, Reign, and Thunder.

Chase is a pastor’s kid—born and raised in church. He is the creative director at Anchor Faith Church in St. Augustine, Florida, where he has worked for 13 years. Chase loves to take pictures, shoot film, and make art that advances the vision of Anchor Faith. He is passionate about helping people obtain their God-given purpose. He and his wife, Elissa, have been married for 10 years and have four daughters.

Tanner is an RBTC graduate and traveling minister. He has ministered in five different continents, sharing God’s love and the message of our life in Christ. He loves helping people become the best version of themselves by letting them know God has created them to accomplish great things! Tanner is happily married to his wife, Shiloh. Together, they own a gym in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Ashley is a 2016 RBTC graduate. She grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. Ashley and her husband, Zach, have been in full-time youth ministry for six years and currently serve as the youth pastors at Rhema Bible Church. She is also on staff at Rhema Kids. Ashley enjoys traveling, writing, and baking. Ashley and Zach have been married for six years and have two sons, Nash and Cohen.

Zach is the youth pastor of Rhema Youth at Rhema Bible Church. He is passionate about seeing this generation encounter God, discover their identity, and become supernatural leaders who influence the world. Rhema Youth empowers teens to “Know God’s Word, Experience His Love, and Listen to His Voice.” Zach has served in full-time youth ministry since graduating from Rhema Bible Training College in 2016. He and Ashley have two amazing boys.

Juan was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, and grew up in Iglesia Cristiana under pastors John and Alba Romick. Following an encounter with God during his junior year of college, he founded and led an evangelistic campus-based movement in universities across the southern Connecticut region. Juan later attended Rhema Bible Training College and graduated in 2022. He currently serves on staff as a member of Rhema’s Creative Media team.

Whitley is the worship and production director at Life Church in Meridian, Idaho. She graduated from Rhema Bible Training College in 2017 and Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2018. During her time in Oklahoma, Whitley traveled with the Kenneth Hagin Ministries’ crusade team and was a guest instructor at the Rhema School of Worship. She has a passion for training up the next generation of worshipers. She and her husband, Jonathan, have been married for one year.
