Hey, my name is Ethan Kilborn. I have grown up as a pastor’s kid where I spent most my life in church. I’m super excited to have the opportunity to find out what your kid’s dreams and passions are, while helping them in their walk in God’s plan for their life. When I was in youth, my leaders made a huge impact on my life and who I am today. My goal is that your kids learn how to hear the voice of God and is confident in that relationship. I can’t wait for the day I can say “I knew your kid when..”!

Hello, My name is Naomi Demmons and I am one of your daughter’s current 8th-grade small group leaders. Working with kids from infants up to youth has always been my joy. I grew up in southern New Hampshire where my husband and I were privileged to attend a church pastored by a Rhema grad. In 2007 we moved to Oklahoma with our 2 young sons to attend Rhema Bible College. I am a homeschool mom and a tutor to middle school students. As your daughter’s small group leader, it is my heart to partner with you in helping her to grow in her relationship with Christ.
Hello! My name is Nichole Yoder and I am one of your daughter’s 8th grade Small Group leaders. I then moved with my family to Illinois to launch a church and moved back several years later to attend Rhema Bible College. Volunteering and being involved with the different children’s programs here at Rhema is really important to me—I’ve loved being used to help kids realize and experience God’s love for them. I want to help your daughter grow in relationship with God, reinforce her place at Rhema Youth and at Rhema Bible Church, and partner with you as her parent. I hope you know that I want the best for your daughter.

Hi my name is Caleb Child, I am currently your child's 11th grade small group leader. A little bit about me. I have been at Rhema all my life and was even dedicated on the stage. I gave my life to Lord when I was about 5 years old but my relationship with God really became my own when I graduated high school. The reason I volunteer at Rhema is to help students grow and build a firm relationship with God that they can take and impact the world around them.

Hello! My name is Richard Ewalt III, and I am currently one of your son’s 11th grade Small Group Leaders. I grew up at Rhema Bible Church as a teenager. I was very involved in the youth group and was blessed to be part of mission trips, as well as events put on by the youth leaders. I was saved at a young age but chose a far different path as I grew older, and in all this, I have seen God’s faithfulness and forgiveness firsthand. I am currently a student at Rhema Bible Training College and my plan is to go into Student Ministries within the next couple of years. My heart is to plant seeds into the youth of this generation to show them the love of God and how much He wants a relationship with them. I also would like to minister into their lives as a positive influence and role model to help them avoid the path I went down, and instead, give their all to God. In all this, I still want to let them know that God is a God of second chances.

Hi, my name is Cassie Hall. I am currently your child's 11th Grade Small Group Leader. To introduce myself a bit, I've been saved since I was about 5 or 6, and I have been working with kids and youth for most of my life. I helped my mom with the children's ministry when I was young, I was a youth leader at my home church for several years, I've served in middle school and now in high school at RHEMA Youth, and I have been a teacher for 5 years (elementary - high school ages). Currently, I work in Admissions at RBTC, and am a 2018 graduate.
I serve in Rhema Youth because I believe in the vision of the youth program at RHEMA, and I'm passionate about helping young people get to know God for themselves. I believe a relationship with God will keep them through the next few important years of their lives, where many decisions are made that will affect their futures.

Hi my name is Myrella Marcal. I’m from Brazil! I’m a student at Rhema Bible Training College and I’m also taking the student ministries program for that!
I love volunteering at Rhema Youth and I chose it because my heart always goes out to helping people, especially at their age! I love being there for them, I love to listen and direct them to God on everything that they do! My favorite scripture is 1 Corinthians 13 because it talks about love. I always pray that God will give me His love and heart for people and for everything around me no matter what! When I see things through His eyes, it changes it all for our good! Like the scripture says we can have all knowledge, faith that moves mountains but without love we’re nothing and that’s so beautiful! I absolutely love being able to love on people and show how much God loves them in every single way possible! I’m excited for this new season with small groups and I’m praying that we can all make a difference in these kid’s lives!!

My heart is for the youth and helping them not to make poor decisions that I had previously made in my life before giving my life to Christ. My greatest desire is for your child to have a true personal relationship with Christ and to seek after him wholeheartedly.
Hi I am Grant McNamara. I am a husband, a father, and an accountant. My hobbies are video games, superhero comics, and listening to worship music. I serve in varsity because I have a huge heart for high schoolers and watching them grow in their walk with Jesus and to know the love of God for themselves and to experience it for themselves.
Hello, my name is Clara Willey. I am currently your child’s 12th Grade Small Group Leader. A little about me. Hi, my name is Renee Weight and I am your teen’s 12th grade Small Group Leader. First of all, I wanted to say what an honor and privilege it is to serve in the Rhema youth department! I have a huge heart for teenagers! To tell you more about me, I am originally from Phoenix, AZ, and moved to OK when I was only 18 years old to attend Rhema Bible Training Center in 1990. I graduated from Rhema in 1992, specializing in youth ministry. After graduating, I married my husband Shawn who is also a Rhema graduate. We have been married for 27 wonderful years and have been blessed with 3 amazing kids, two of them now married, and we have two precious granddaughters. My husband and I have been involved with worship for many years at Rhema and we love being able to sing together and also serve in the youth department. As far as my day job, I am a Realtor and very much enjoy what I do. My hobbies are physical fitness, singing, photography, family time, and dating my hubby! The reason I wanted to get involved in youth is, I know first hand what a crucial time it is in a teenager’s life. There are so many influences and so many decisions to make and those decisions can set the course for their life. When I was young, I had a youth counselor who encouraged me and helped me through a hard season. I will never forget the awesome impact she had on my life!
